Job Description Fortune 5 CVS Health has an dynamic opportunity for a Finance Process Automation Senior Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Robotics & Automation initiative in the finance organization. The successful candidate will lead and develop complex solutions to manual processes within Finance. The individual will leverage knowledge in multiple applications to automate processes, mentor junior developers, evaluate emerging technology.
Work with a team of Business Analysts to automate processes in the Finance domain. Play a key role in successfully architecting and delivering automation solutions. Orchestrate and maintain robotic (Bot) processes and its environments. Develop and manage both Task Bots and Meta Bots. Optimize and automate problematic processes like unsupported reconciliations, manual accounting, data manipulation, functionality gaps in systems, and ineffective manual controls. Play a key role in reviewing code and mentor the team developing process automation BOTs. Maintain BOT inventory. Establish process to integrate various existing tools with BOTs to expediate process performance. Serve as an architect and quality control. Create policies and procedures to govern the development and deployment of robots. Train and mentor junior developers to code new tasks. Work with other application support teams to integrate processes. Evaluate emerging technology and identify use cases and potential ROI.
The successful candidate will be well versed in Program Management, Requirements gathering, Business Partner Engagement, Process Improvement Strategy, etc. Additionally, the candidate will have experience in Automation Anywhere or a similar RPA tool and boast a varied tool kit of programming experience and use case experience: SQL, SAP Cloud Analytics and Finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of quality assurance engineering experience. Must have at least two years of experience executing and maintaining automated test scripts; developing and maintaining automation frameworks; and developing automation standards and guidelines. Must have experience with Robotic Process Automation using Automation Anywhere as the development tool; developing Process Definition and Solution Definition Documents; and coding with VBA or VBScript.
Education The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
