What you’ll be doing...
Designing real-time and/or off-line object detection, recognition and tracking algorithms for embedded image/video processing applications in areas such as mobility, manufacturing and logistics.
Training Deep Neural Network based image classifiers and object detectors.
Prototyping and evaluating image/video processing algorithms.
Writing application notes/documentation.
Working in an advanced development environment, including NN training frameworks, image/video database and testing/evaluation environment.
Working in an agile cross-functional team, reporting to the team leader.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree (electrical/computer engineering or computer science) or relevant work experience.
Mathematical knowledge for deeper understanding of Computer Vision Algorithms.
Working experience in Python.
Knowledge of major DNN frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
MSc or PhD in a relevant field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience with Computer Vision based application development.
Experience with using Computer Vision libraries (e.g. OpenCV).
Experience in agile development methodologies.
Knowledge in C++.
GPU programming experience (CUDA/OpenGL).
Knowledge of state-of-the-art in Computer Vision.
Knowledge Cloud based Computer Vision (using AWS/Azure services).
