As part of the Digital Health Strategy team the employee will be involved in:
Project managing the strategic design and concept development for clinical decision support projects inclusive of patient journey mapping across episodes of care, clinician decision pain point identification and prioritization in collaboration with clinical subject matter experts. The employee will be responsible for both independent work and collaboration with other team members across Stryker in the execution of projects. Such internal stakeholders include the Data Intelligence team for the development of AI algorithm requirements, and theDigital Agile & DevOps team for the design of pilots for deployment and testing.
Strategic alignment, definition, and analysis of clinical decision support project portfolios and use case prioritization.
Information gathering, processing & summarizing detail, together with the translation of complex concepts and project visions into visual project plans.
Project scoping and definition of objectives, prediction of resources needed to reach objectives, and effective and efficient management and tracking of resources and budget, together with other administrative tasks.
Development and management of detailed project schedules and workplans,measuring project performance and identifying areas for improvement, together with the provision of project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Management of complex projects, acting as an interface in interdisciplinary cooperation, both within the company and with research institutes, clinics, companies, public authorities, and other public institutions
Management and coordination of European funded project EVPRO (Development of Extracellular Vesicles loaded hydrogel coatings with immunomodulatory activity for Promoted Regenerative Osseointegration of revision endoprosthesis) until project completion in January 2023. Tasks include managingtimelines and deliverables, documenting payments and expenditure, preparing financial reports, optimizing the grant administration process, preparing progress reports, ensuring compliance with grant regulations, and reviewing grant proposals.
Act as a dedicated Point of Contact to divisional project teams. Gathering and compiling necessary project and grant information and communicate planning relevant information to and from the project teams.
Qualifications & capabilities
In order to correctly be able to perform their assigned task the employee will meet the following requirements:
At least two years of professional experience in project and program management with a focus on collaborative projects, ideally within a digital field and with experience and career interests in healthcare.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with agile project management and design thinking is also desirable.
Extended knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in science, engineering, economics or business administration.
Full English professional proficiency. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
