Work you'll do
As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Human Capital group you will:
Advise and assist leadership in planning, executing, and evaluating leadership development initiatives and programs across the client's organization
Recommend courses of action and identify risks/opportunities in coordination with non-technical, technical and data subject matter experts is critical to the client

Experience mentoring and coaching others
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
