Deloitte is seeking Policy and Requirements Management professionals that are focused on executing oversight responsibilities by improving governance and quality of policy documents for our federal clients while providing first-class policy management services. Our federal client's mission is to accelerate discovery and delivery of identity and network-based intelligence to counter national security threat actors by adopting and applying advanced exploitation methods, emerging technologies, and sound tradecraft. We are building a team that aims to adapt, design, deliver, and integrate advanced technology solutions to improve data sharing, exploitation, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in policy development and experience providing technical direction and clarification of requirements to software teams and integration and test teams in a predominantly Agile environment. This position require a bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science or International Relations, or related degree program from an Accredited University/School/College, and an active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI. All positions require the ability to work onsite a minimum of 50% at the client's location in NW Washington DC.

This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.
Bachelor's degree required Public Policy, Political Science or International Relations, or related degree program from an Accredited University/School/College.

Active TS/SCI security clearance required
Experience with Requirements mgmt., Policy development, High level system design, Data engineering, Data analytics, Analytical tradecraft
6+ years professional experience
2+ years demonstrated policy and requirements management experience with a proven track record of success. Solid understanding of the policy development, analytical tradecraft, and change management process.
1+ years Experience in systems engineering functions including: operations concept development, system and product design, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control.
1+ years experience working in requirements management tools (DOORS, ReqSuite, Jira, Agile Manager, VersionOne, Atlassian, etc.).
