Job Description Job Description: This is a complex and challenging role and an integral part of our enterprise marketing transformation efforts. In this role, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for the development, rollout, management, and administration of our Workfront instances and the Fusion processes that drive our marketing operations. This role may allow for remote work anywhere in the USA or can be located in our RI Office What You'll Be Doing â¢A subject matter expert on all things related to Adobe Workfront and Fusion â¢Implementing complex solutions from requirements developed in partnership with peers and delivered in clear layouts for business leaders and non-technical marketers to grasp â¢Mapping out and defining complex data solution requirements â¢Oversee a team of MRM application developers â¢Serve as the enterprise system administrator work Workfront and Fusion â¢Implement Workfront and Fusion processes enterprise wide and partner to ensure adoption among all marketing teams. â¢Maintain a release schedule for new functionality or process changes associated with the Workfront tool. â¢Partnering with teams to deliver Workfront solutions to large programs of work with fusion integrations into areas such as data platforms, analytics, experience platforms, creative/production services etc. â¢Identify opportunities for automated campaigns that can be trigger based for our marketing teams. â¢Coordinate with the marketing Process, Design and Automation (PDO) team and the shared services marketing execution teams to identify workflow opportunities, reporting and manage the Marketing System of Record â¢Support new business qualification so that we are focusing on the right types of opportunities. â¢Overseeing acceptance testing and issue resolution
Required Qualifications â¢3+ years' experience administrating Workfront in a marketing organization. â¢2+ years using Fusion with Workfront for administrating automated processes and workflow within a marketing organization.

Preferred Qualifications â¢Experience with Rally and or Jira preferred. â¢Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred â“ equivalent experience strongly considered â¢Experience overseeing a team â¢Demonstrated understanding of process automation, requirements gathering and documentation, change management and user documentation creation. â¢Demonstrated understandings various process methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Kanban and writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Epics and Stories â¢Experience with Adobe Marketing Experience (AEM) integrations with Workfront a plus
Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
