Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Design and operate a Program Management Office (PgMO) to manage the entire portfolio of BSE projects. The PgMO will manage the portfolio of multiple projects from RFP, Intake, Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Delivery.
The PgMO will establish processes, criteria, templates, and tools to support Project business stakeholders.
Manage functional and technical programs in the following business areas: Compliance, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, Internal Communications, IT Systems, Legal, Manufacturing, Operations including Customer Support, People Operations, Safety, Support Chain.
The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience with Technical Program Management
Have a deep understanding of SaaS and ERP systems/implementations
Expert in portfolio/program management with a focus on skateholder management, vendor accountability, and efficient delivery of business systems
Manage functional and technical programs
Travel up to 10% annually
