We are currently seeking a Digital Service Trainer to help define digital training needs, scope, and curriculum.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
This candidate will design, deliver, and assess all new business training material for the purpose of introducing new electronic application platform.
This role will require to co-create, facilitate, and constantly enhance training series for financial professionals, managers, including variations based on management level i.e. District Managers
Strong emphasis on building a culture of excellence that reflects our values and business principles.
The ability to lead small group discussions and facilitate sessions jointly with Field Leaders, demonstrating a deep understanding of the new business process, how financial professional use the electronic applicate to date and communicate solutions.
Track and measure the impact of all training sessions across all Complexes.
This is a remote position. This role will require occasional travel.
Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals.
Financial Planning Instruments (Pensions, Annuities, etc.): Knowledge of financial planning products, market segments and marketplaces; ability to analyze and apply knowledge of financial planning products to meet financial goals and objectives.
Fraud Detection and Prevention: Knowledge of fraudulent situations; ability to utilize processes, tools, and techniques for detecting, addressing and preventing fraud.
Insurance Legal and Regulatory Environment: Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations; ability to comply with these laws and regulations in insurance industry practices and activities.
Insurance Policies Management: Knowledge of issues, components, content and operations related to insurance policies; ability to create, revise, implement and manage the policies.
Knowledge of Insurance Operations: Knowledge of the full spectrum of activities, practices, tools and considerations for insurance operations; ability to apply knowledge of insurance operations to provide administrative support to the insurance business.
Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.
Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
Relationship Building: Knowledge of the importance of creating positive relationships within the team and ability to develop trusting relationships by valuing others' concerns and contributions.
Telephone-Based Customer Servicing: Knowledge of customer service delivered via telephone; ability to deal with handling customer inquiries and responses received by telephone.

1-2 years of experience and knowledge of product features
Ability to handle all inquiries with tact and poise while conveying a sense of understanding and urgency.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and customer service acumen.
Exceptional live meeting facilitation skills, with the passion and energy to deliver several virtual workshops each week
