The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Healthcare Solution Sales Executive you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Delivering expertise to our existing clients and potential customers as a Subject Matter Expert of 3M HIS products that supports the sales team for closure of sales by initiating and developing successful sales strategies
Performing demonstrations of 3M software products and services as well as participating in workflow discussions related to 3M products
Assists in evaluation of data to identify target customers, assists sales team in development of a presentation that fits the client business need
Works with Product Managers and Developers to ensure that the needs of the client are reflected in product upgrades and enhancements
Provides both internal and external education through a variety of venues: 1:1, Regional meetings, Webinars, etc.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Sales
Four (4) years experience selling and/or delivering/implementing complex technology solutions, across multiple hospital departments
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Masters in Healthcare Administration or Masters in Business Administration
Experience and working knowledge of CDI workflow, HIM Operations, IP & OP Revenue Cycle, and the regulatory environment.
Proven ability to identify and communicate with "C level" decision makers
Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills
Working knowledge of 3M HIS products
Coding and/or CDI certification(s)
Experience in CDI, HIM, and/or Revenue Cycle within an acute care environment
Travel: May include up to75% Domestic
Location: Remote, must be located near a major airport

The targeted compensation range for this position is $189,075 - $231,092.
