As an Integrated Product Team Lead, you will provide leadership for multiple product teams. You will lead our Converge Prosperity Banking as a Service product team, collaborating with Deloitte's Digital Banking NextGen industry leadership to create differentiated digital banking products that provide valuable banking services to our clients' end customers (consumer and Small/Medium Business banking customers).
Core Industry Solutions
Our Core Industry Solutions practice encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of the business. Examples of the type of work we deliver to our clients includes Digital CARE (Epic), Insurance CST (Guidewire), and Digital Banking Solutions (nCino), and BaaS.
The team brings experience from across Deloitte to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions by industry strategy. Professionals will focus on key client issues that are at the core of the business by integrating our industry expertise with deep technical and operational transformation capabilities.

Work you'll do
You will lead the product team in articulating and executing the vision of the Banking as a Service product. In addition, this role will work with the product's go to market team members on launch and market engagements, work with customer success on adoption and early customer programs, and help build out the digital banking practice to support the implementation of the product being built (defining and maintaining operating model, recruiting, establishing training programs etc.).
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent field; MBA is a plus
12+ years of proven success in a fast-paced product management or management consulting role in the banking and capital markets sector
8+ years of demonstrated success in fast-paced product management role for software, analytics, and/or SaaS-based products
Proven record of accomplishment of launching successful new products and enhancing and scaling them through product releases
Experience in software or digital products targeted for the banking sector of the Financial Services industry
Experience with early-stage products and new product development from ideation through market launch and revenue generation
Experience with building out a practice to implement a software product
Proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders from various levels and areas of the organization, to ultimately drive successful outcomes cross-functionally
Experience working closely with an engineering organization to manage products through the entire product lifecycle
Willingness to travel (25%) periodically - as future will allow given current COVID-19 restrictions
Expertise in latest technology landscape, including automation, cloud, core banking platforms, digital user experience
Highly collaborative with the ability to lead and influence product and go to market decision making
Exposure to digital banking products in an industry role or consulting
Exposure in agile software development methodology, and use of agile software development productivity tools ( i.e. JIRA, Confluence)
Exposure to AWS or Google Cloud technologies
