What you’ll be doing...
The Technical Project Manager on the VBG Wireless Sales Automation team drives the evolution of the systems and tools in order to make our sales teams more productive and efficient. You’ll be a leader with an opportunity to work on one of the most impactful projects, the complex B360 rep assisted point of sale experience. People will look to you to help solve problems, communicate effectively and inspire the project team. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing large cross-functional teams and large-size programs of all levels of complexity, planning and directing program activities to ensure the timely development and delivery of reliable and efficient systems-related solutions to business requirements, while managing to scheduled deadlines.
Coordinate and direct multiple cross-functional teams to execute and deliver system projects on time. Must take into account multiple internal and external stakeholder groups and different level stakeholder groups (e.g. Director Level) with various/changing stakeholder demands, requirements and intersections (e.g. GTS, Ops, cross LOB, compliance).
Ensure projects follow our Agile mindset and framework, leverage Jira for Agile project management, coordinate capacity planning, perform grooming sessions, release planning, daily touch point calls, and periodic retrospectives.
Manage project front door in collaboration with GTS including prioritization and recommendations between multiple intakes including B360 Evolution and all funded projects impacting B360 as well as projects based on voice of the employee feedback.
Manage the front door to offshore CMO design team, including scheduling and leading Design grooming and managing priorities and impacts across the roadmap.
Coordinate and provide critical inputs to annual capital project planning including business cases, roadmaps and clarity updates.
Drive overall integrated project plans. Develop detailed roadmaps, work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Manage and monitor concurrent projects and anticipate risk. Identify and mitigate conflicts across functional areas.
Present details of project journey to leadership teams and facilitating thoughtful strategic conversation and clear decision making.
Coordinate the release notes/GTM of all system enhancements with Sales Enablement, Learning & Development and GTM.
Identify risks that will jeopardize project launches and create plans to address them.
Manage changes/additions to the project teams as appropriate, continually improving quality while increasing team velocity and reducing hours needed for time to value.

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in leading cross functional project teams for large-scale complex projects.
Experience in delivering customer solutions, writing user stories, planning sprints, defining MVP, coordinating user acceptance testing, identifying and overcoming risks.
Experience in Point of Sales Systems and Tools.
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience in contract life cycle management (CLM).
Extensive experience with project management & Google Suite, Smartsheets, Stormboard.
Even better if you have:
Master’s degree or an MBA.
Experience with VBG Wireless Systems & Tools: Salesforce, POS: OMNI, Business 360, Contract Mgt System.
Project Management certification.
Systems, Operations, or GTS/IT experience.
Agile Certified Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master.
JIRA Project Management.
Strong Negotiation Skills.
Expert knowledge of Business Sales Products, Plans, Features, and Promotions.
Presented updates and findings targeted to what that the audience cares about.
Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Analyzed, synthesized, and reported data to support decision making for various purposes and audiences.
Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and identify, develop and quantify any required corrective actions to keep program schedules on track.
