The AD will be supporting Immunology/Dermatology. will proactively bring insights to the business to support strategic business decisions. The AD, Commercial Insights and Execution will need both franchise/function knowledge and analytics expertise to support the synthesis of analytics, reporting, and research to provide meaningful insights to franchise management. In addition, this position will have the data science skills to support ad-hoc requests from franchise/function managers.
This opportunity is located at the Novartis East Hanover (NJ) site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Relocation assistance may be available
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: *Analyzing and interpreting data to monitor and providing feedback on branding performance, salesforce effectiveness, and portfolio strength; leveraging advanced dashboards to investigate and monitor the drivers behind performance *Developing and delivering attribution & variance root cause analysis *Executing brand opportunity and threat analysis *Prioritizing analytic development and determining insights data/information requirements to align with franchise strategy *Performing ongoing assessments and synthesizing research on the therapeutic area landscape to keep a pulse on the market *This position will support the Immunology and Dermatology franchises *Interprets and delivers data for actionable insights and outputs that meet the needs of the franchise/function *Builds strong, cross-functional relationships to leverage Novartis' expertise to accomplish business goals and customer objectives
