What does a great Implementation Project Consultant do? You will provide analysis and consultation for Loan Director Flex product to existing clients during implementations/conversions, to ensure satisfied clients. This role is meaningful to our organization as clients expect high quality assistance with all interactions with Fiserv, from the beginning of a project to the end. Basic Qualifications for Consideration: o High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred. o 3+ years of professional experience as an Implementation Consultant or equivalent position responsible for assisting clients with implementations o Prior experience managing implementation projects o Hands-on experience working with external clients during project delivery and system training. o Experience installing SaaS products and/or experience in an agile product development environment. o Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: o Independent and fast learner. o Experience in delivering small to medium size projects within a matrixed organization environment. o Proven working experience in the Banking, or Financial Services industry o Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. o Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. o PMP certification is a plus. o Cool under pressure, able to manage many priorities with high quality results.
