Position Overview The Manager, Strategic Initiatives will responsibility for managing initiatives across the broader Carat product organization. This position will support a variety of activities, ranging from managing strategic projects/programs to supporting partnership development to product commercialization and requirements gathering. Primary Job Responsibilities Manage strategic initiatives in support of the overall Carat product family Work with product, technology, and sales teams to design, develop, and execute initiatives supporting various products within the Carat product ecosystem Work across non-product functions to ensure product readiness for launch Relevant experience with product management activities - business requirements, tech estimates, delivery schedules, go-to-market plans, etc. Collaborate with technology partners to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of initiatives Develop commercialization and roll-out plans across sales channels Prepare and deliver regular management updates Key Qualifications 5+ years experience in a professional environment Good working knowledge of merchant acceptance and digital/ecommerce solutions Payments industry experience a plus Prior experience delivery projects/programs across multiple functional areas, especially in a highly-matrixed environment Prior client or external facing business development experience is a plus Prior experience developing management reporting Demonstrated, advanced skills using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Powerpoint, Project, and more
