What you’ll be doing...
Lead large scale transformation initiatives primarily on Customer Experience Platform Wireless Provisioning and Inventory Systems.
Understands the Verizon India 2.0 priorities and capable of driving end-to-end delivery & talent transformation initiatives from Vz India.
Lead team for a large scale program planning and implementation and will be handling teams from multiple locations and will be working in an onshore/offshore model with a team size of typically 30 or more employees with multiple manager & Principal Engineer reportees.
Responsible for the performance management and mentoring the team.
Lead the Architecture and discussions for end-to-end Provisioning and Inventory Systems and its enhancements in partnership with the product/application development teams. Projects will include new product/feature launches, enhancements, experience redesign and tech stack migration.
Lead teams to reengineer the platform and define, build & manage micro services oriented architecture.
Drive solutions for key business decisions with and throughout the organization to enable alignment and collaboration as new products or enhancements roll out.
Achieve operational excellence and superior customer experience by building a high-performing team to achieve and exceed Business/IT goals and objectives
Continually challenge the status quo by understanding the consumer preference and changes in technical landscape.
Stay connected and informed on the industry practices in these provisioning and inventory systems and strategically bring in the learning from the Industry and implement it.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in leading and building applications on cloud native architecture and tech stack.
Strong experience in successfully handling big and complex tech transformation projects using the Java and spring reactive framework and microservices along with hands on experience in building cloud native applications.
Even better if you have:
Ten or more years of experience in progressive transformation, technology enablement, innovation or consumer retail exposure.
Good understanding of enterprise service platforms and their impact in overall customer experience.
Strong background in stakeholder and partner management along with cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, and be able to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects in Agile and be able coach and mentor the teams on best practices.
Demonstrated ability in driving technology transformation on Cloud, Containerization, DevOps, Agile, Cassandra and other emerging technologies.
Ability to build a positive, collaborative working environment that instills respect, trust, quality and success as its core goals.
