As an Administrative Assistant you'll work closely with the management team to ensure the office day to day is flowing. What You'll Bring:
Coordinate with third party vendors - this will include office vendors, office maintenance, mail delivery vendors.
Work well with others - as the first person people will speak to when coming to the office, you will welcome and green all on-site vendors, determine the nature of the business and escort to appropriate employee or location.
Coordinate and plan TU sponsored events and Townhalls
Manage timecards, management expenses and vendor fees in coordination with the finance team.
Support Operations team with running analytical reports and executive summaries during downtime.

Impact You'll Make:
Bachelor's Degree or relevant job experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with multiple teams
Experience juggling multiple priorities at once.
In the first 90 days - you will learn the in's and out's of the Fort Worth office. This will include understanding ADP, check request requirements, creating payable data feed for vendors, checking and processing physical mail, meet the office management team, etc.
Beyond 90 days - you will effectively work day to day needs stated above independently and work with the Operations team to begin creating analytical reports as needed.
This role will work with all Fort Worth managers where necessary to ensure the office is running seamlessly.
