About Clarion Optometry Group
Established in the 1980s, Clarion Optometry Group is committed to providing an exceptional eye care experience to residents and families in San Bernardino County. The practice is well-known for providing ocular disease treatments and management to special populations with a focus on glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts and offers contact lens services to a large percentage of patients. Additionally, Clarion Optometry Group closely partners with Ophthalmology practices for surgical management. To help support business growth and maintain the unparalleled service patients receive, the practice is looking to add an Associate Optometrist to the team of 13 employees.
Clarion Optometry Group has a strong focus on patient-centric care to evaluate patient needs and determine an individualized treatment plan. The practice is well-appointed with automated optical equipment and behind-the-scenes functional technology, including an anterior segment analyzer with Vx130+, OPTOS Silverstone, DRS fundus imaging, Humphrey visual field, Optovue OCT, Lenstar, and Oculus Keratograph 5M. Support from Optometric Technicians who perform pre-testing and imaging enables the doctors to spend adequate time with their patients. Customers enjoy a high-end shopping experience by browsing a large selection of designer frames from the optical boutique. Plus, patients receive personalized support from the Opticians to ensure the proper fit for comfort aligned with fashion preferences.
About the Optometrist Position
Clarion Optometry Group is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist passionate about providing personalized and individualized care to ensure excellent eye health and vision care for all patients. You'll provide comprehensive patient care 40 hours weekly and one half-day on Saturday per month--approximately 15 to 20 patients are cared for daily. The practice is looking for someone with a positive attitude, kind and compassionate mannerisms, and is willing to prescribe the best treatment options to patients. For the right Associate Optometrist, a potential future partnership or ownership opportunity may be available.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, excellent patient communication skills, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety. In addition, the ideal candidate will be ambitious, responsible, service-oriented, community-involved, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
Minimum qualifications include:
Optometry license in the state of California
