We are seeking creative problem solvers and big thinkers to join our growing Workplace Strategy, Design, and Occupancy Management practice. This role will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of workplace, change management, & occupancy consulting engagements as a part of a national practice. The activities include but are not limited to:
Support fulfilling clients' needs by defining, analyzing, and leading components of research activities
Conduct and synthesize research from internal and external sources
Regularly track time utilization to ensure high billable hours towards project work
Contribute to clear and thoughtful recommendations and client deliverables
Participate in internal initiatives focused on thought leadership, including white papers, surveys, and other data dashboards
Becoming a subject matter expert in Workplace analyses (e.g. utilization analysis, space analysis, Power BI or Tableau, etc.)
Strong desire to contribute and expand client wellbeing and ESG initiatives through workplace strategy and change management recommendations
Support the development of client communications and change management plans
Can readily speak to the data collected and processes used, answering client and broker questions
Actively partners with others and seeks out those with complementary skills to their own for advice or to work on initiatives
Travel to client sites across the U.S. (up to 40% at peak periods)
