What you’ll be doing...
As a Manager for Data Engineering team, you will be managing data platforms and implement new technologies and tools to further enhance and enable data science/analytics, focus to drive scalable data management and governance practices. Leading the team of data engineers & solutions architects to deliver solutions to business teams.
Proactively drive the vision with leadership team for data platforms enrichment covering the areas like Data Warehousing/Data Lake/BI across the portfolio.
Define and execute on a plan to achieve that vision.
Build a high-quality Data engineering team and continue to drive to scale up.
Ensure the team adheres to the standard methodologies on data engineering practices.
Build cross-functional relationships with Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Business teams to understand data needs and deliver data for insight solution.
Drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines.
Drive data quality across all data pipelines and related business areas.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience in data engineering.
Experience in end-to-end delivery of Data Platform Solutions and working on large scale data transformation.
