The Engineering Project Coordinator is responsible for managing reports, data analysis, vendor qualifications and contracts for the Engineering Organization. You will be an integral part of the team providing leadership with information management systems to ensure compliance and accuracy of information, as well as develop tools and implement standards to improve effectiveness of engineering and project management activities.
Support the engineering team with project related documentation reviews, tracking, compliance, and cataloguing.
Coordinate capital contract reviews and ensure proper documentation in partnership with legal and key stakeholders.
Lead reporting standards and development of key performance indicators in key enterprise systems including Clarizen, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA , SharePoint, etc.
Support engineering team with the development of standards, master plans, capital plans and budgets.
Manage day to day vendor relations and ensure compliance of documentation.
Lead training activities and change management efforts to continuously improve processes.
Collaborate with engineering and cross functional colleagues on best practice application developing a culture of high performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business or corresponding discipline
5+ years of administrative/coordinator experience
Highly proficient MS Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
Strong planning skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Results and detailed oriented
Highly customer focus and responsive
PMP certification or project management experience
Proficiency in SAP and SharePoint
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
