Proactively search, identify and screening licensing in, merge & acquisition opportunities according to strategic request.
Lead commercial assessment of potential opportunities (eg. Attractiveness, strategic fit, portfolio review, valuation, due diligence and other key issues) with the proactive and timely involvement of all relevant country and divisional stakeholders.
Make potential transaction proposals to senior leadership team for decision.
Play key role as a center points of final agreement development and negotiation , and ensure implementation of adequate checks and balances during deal execution process.
Ensure the adherence to regulations, corporate governance, policies and procedures.
Managing new product launch initiativesfor either internal pipeline or external in.
Develop the launch strategy and project plan, engage the internal relevant functions with exceptional project leadership to deliver the expected result as planned.
Manage the new product launch for internal pipeline, including commercial assessment, preparation working process, etc.
Manage the new product launch which is form external licensing in, merge & acquisition.
Provide regular report to update the new product launch statues according to the request.
Ensure efficient and effective compliance on internal working process.
Develop external relationships for collaboration opportunities
Develop and maintain effective external relationships, which can influence the success rate of obtaining collaboration opportunity.
Strong (10+ years) professional experience in multinational companies, ideally Pharma industry background, or at least experience in working with healthcare companies. Proven track record of successfully closing licensing in, merge and acquisition transactions. Must be able to analyze financial data as well as industry data related to sales, market share, price/volume, call activity, etc. In touch with broader issues (market access, regulatory, macro economy) associated with pharma industry in China.
