Achieve business objectives of sales responsibility for key accounts management in Modern Trade
Take charge in formulating & implementing business plans for assigned key accounts, for the purposes of achieve sales target and increase market share
Enhance our brand presence in store level
Establish close working relationship with the assigned key accounts in order to gain high levels of trade support
Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing team for sales and promotional activities
Identify business opportunities and develop plan to capture the sales opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required:*
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years key account management experience in FMCG industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager)
Strong capability in sales analysis and business perspective
Demonstrated ability of working in a complex changing environment to deliver value-added results to the organization
Good in inter-personal and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate ideas and coach others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives
Aggressive and able to work under pressure
Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
