Supply Chain Sustainability & Diversity Analyst
Located in Menlo Park, CA or Westfield, IN

WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Sustainability/Diversity Analyst located in Menlo Park, CA. You will support Supply Chain Sustainability initiatives utilizing data driven processes to drive decisions and communication to the organization. You will manage data extracts, data manipulation, and visualizations to support sustainability and diversity initiatives, as well as supports projects to implement sustainability/diversity improvement plans.
Designs and develops automated and semi-automated reporting solutions to monitor supply chain sustainability metrics
Routinely updates reports to maintain communication of supply chain sustainability performance
Analyzes data and processes to provide recommended improvements to supply chain metrics & processes
Supports cross-functionally teams to perform risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies to improve the supply chain
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support execution of improvement projects
Prepare project status reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
Perform other supply chain project related work and other duties as assigned by
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Management or Business Administration
3 years of data analysis and product life cycle management
Competent in advanced Excel, data extracts, Microsoft Power BI, and large database management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
Good people relations, able to work independently with good administrative and time management skills
Project management experience leading cross-functional teams
Must be able to perform detailed, careful work, including proofreading of numerical values, equations, etc.
Familiar with ERP systems
Regulated industry experience
SAP experience preferred
