This role will lead complex, enterprise-wide strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for the procurement of goods and services in IT Professional services. This role will be accountable for up to $100M in annual spend and is expected to have regular interactions with C-level executives.
As a Manager, Sourcing I, you will:
Lead teams of key cross-functional stakeholders through structured strategic sourcing processes
Develop superior commercial relationships with a wide range of IT suppliers.
collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise on business, legal, financial, technical, performance and security requirements
Leverage the purchasing power of the enterprise to drive measurable improvements and increase Fiserv's competitive advantage
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience required
CPM or CPSM Certifications
Business related experience in a Strategic Sourcing role with evidence of increases in scope and level of responsibility
