The Service Partner role will give you the opportunity to exercise a wide variety of skills and work with various departments across Fiserv to help the client meet their financial strategies. You will also have the support of the entire Service Partner team who are eager to collaborate and assist with obstacles if needed.
As a Service Partner IV, you will be responsible for:
Supports a portfolio of 10-14 financial institutions, many strategic and with high visibility within Fiserv, to act as their primary Fiserv liaison.
Meets with clients regularly to review and prioritize open cases, learn about new developments, plans, and projects for their business, and identifies opportunities for additional revenue and/or services to support customer initiatives.
Acts as the client's advocate (voice of the client), champions their needs, and provides operational oversite of their relationship with Fiserv.
Earns the client's trust by understanding and managing expectations and exceeding commitments.
Leverages industry insights and experiences to establish credibility and become a "trusted advisor".
Is the single point of escalation for all client issues with the Fiserv solutions they have purchased and/or service they receive from Fiserv in support of those solutions.
Anticipates and communicates impacts and implications related to client operational initiatives.
Is empowered to affect their client's experiences daily and is accountable for their overall satisfaction with Fiserv and its products.
Delivers on multiple priorities through strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
Advocates and negotiates for both the clients' and Fiserv's best interest.
Exhibits a passion for service.
Leads and influences with a calm, confident presence.
Conducts courageous conversations when necessary.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
5+ years of experience working with customers in a service-related position
Ability to translate ideas and information into well thought out, clear and concise communications and presentations (both written and verbal)
Flexibility with availability and ability to work off hours
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to travel 10% - 20%
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Prior experience within Project Management specific to handling multiple projects at one time
Prior experience in the US financial industry
Proven problem-solving skills
Prior experience with DNA or other Fiserv product experience highly preferred
