Work you'll do
Support general process improvement efforts in the IT Acquisitions Office for Deloitte Consulting. Will need to capture existing current state, as-is acquisition processes across the bureau to identify roles and responsibilities, process pain points, hand-offs, etc. Will be asked to design many new processes based on understanding of pain points of existing state and work with stakeholders to iterate on new processes. Key tasks for these roles include:
â¢Document identified enterprise processes
â¢Gathering data about how processes are executed today, where handoffs occur
â¢Review and analysis of existing process maps and process documentation to identify handoffs between teams and failures for customers
â¢Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to develop process maps at a detailed, individual role level
â¢Developing detailed process documentation, maps, and workflows - Developing RACI models

Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Secret security clearance required
Travel up to 50%
2+ years of experience in process improvement and/or process mapping
2+ years of experience creating new processes and conducting customer interviews
Experience with Visio
Experience with RACI modeling
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Experience with contracting and/or acquisitions
