What does a great, Director, Product Delivery Lead do?
The Director, Product Delivery Lead will manage a dedicated project team working with a premier Issuing Solutions client to ensure alignment of the tactical project delivery roadmap, understand the client's priorities and work to align resources to deliver as well as provide program management of the overall project portfolio for Customer.
As a Director, Product Delivery Lead, you can look forward to:
Provide strategic direction and support for client projects, startups and conversions to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
Inspire and empower employees to anticipate client needs and identify solutions to meet them.
Lead a "Client Advocacy" culture where employees have the confidence, courage, initiative and resolve to make a difference.
Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to better support their business objectives
Work with management at all levels to build relationships and gain commitment and resources from various departments and units.
Ensure alignment with key organizational partners, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and others to ensure aligned portfolio and business success
Identify and address gaps between employees' current capabilities and what is needed for alignment with strategic direction.
Craft and develop improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies of project methodologies, deliverables, reporting and training to mature capabilities in service and delivery
Champion new product/service innovation for value-added offerings that differentiate Fiserv from its competitors.
Reduce time to revenue and improve client satisfaction by championing and deploying new processes and standards.
Validate benefits realization and voice of the customer feedback for end-to-end client engagement
Develop metrics, measuring the organizational effectiveness and finding opportunities for improvement in end-to-end client delivery processes
Able to adapt communication to the audience (i.e. assist the project team in resolving issues and challenges; able to quickly identify groups or teams to involve for issue resolution; remove barriers; take ownership of the issues)
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor's Degree in technology, finance or relevant area of study.
5+ years of business experience in the financial industry with emphasis on Project Management or Implementation Services
5+ years of experience managing, leading and developing high performing teams.
5+ years of experience with financial processing and related systems, banking and banking operational processes or other directly related experience.
5+ years of experience with project and program management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Knowledge of Fiserv's products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
Experience with Fiserv start-up/transfer/conversion processes
