Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager for our Pediatric and Therapeutic Nutrition Marketing teams. This position will be responsible for the day to day management and implementation of key Media plans, CRM tactics, consumer promotions, HCP initiatives, and management of cross-functional communication for the brands marketing team. This role will have the opportunity to help identify opportunities and execute marketing tactics to accelerate brand growth. This individual will be the key contact on business performance, competitive monitoring, and new item launch performance and plans. This role will have the opportunity to help identify opportunities and build marketing initiatives and plans to accelerate growth across the nutrition brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and implement key marketing tactics, including digital, media, sampling, CRM and consumer promotions
Lead cross-functional partnership and process with agencies, shopper marketing, medical, legal and regulatory
Review content and strategy with medical, legal, and regulatory
Partner with finance to manage brand marketing budget and P&L projections
Optimize and manage coupon strategy, tactics, and budget
Provide monthly KPI and performance tracking and measurement for sales, media, CRM and coupons
Monitor and report on competitive trends and market best practices
Ad hoc projects to support CRM and website integration, content development, and execution and ecommerce
Innovation project management and launch plan support
Creating deep dive analytics to understand the shopper journey through the e-commerce channel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
BS / BA in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Management, or Project Management
1-2 years in eCommerce/digital marketing for CPG or Healthcare brands desired
Ability to effectively manage complex projects with multiple stake holders
Initiative to identify opportunities and develop plans to drive business performance
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Business analytics and KPI tracking capabilities
