Abbott Diagnostics Division is looking for a Customer service contract sales and margin manager (EMEA) (m/f/d) based in Wiesbaden.
The Customer service contract sales and margin manager is primarily responsible for achieving customer satisfaction within a large geographical area while attaining Divisional goals and objectives.
This geographical area, or Region, is generally comprised of multiple service Districts which are managed in turn by District Service Managers.
Develop, implement, and improve the operational processes and strategies to increase Service Revenue (Direct or RAP)
Providing direction and leadership in order to ensure the consistent application of supporting strategies and tactics. Defining successful work processes and standards to ensure consistent application, individual accountability, and continuous improvement.
Improve Service Gross Margin by developing New Service Revenue Initiative
Engaging in interpersonal management practices that support the development and engagement of an effective workforce.
Developing the internal and external customer relationships necessary to sustain the expansion of our business.
Leadership Responsible for defining the mission and vision of the regional organization, selecting the appropriate strategies necessary to sustain growth and success, and aligning effort.
Financial Management Responsible for achieving revenue and Service Gross Margin management goals.
Development of Personnel Responsible for staffing strategies, selecting, directing, measuring, developing, managing diversity, motivating and engaging regional personnel.
Manage and support customer satisfaction to sustain the expansion of business.
Create a positive and supportive environment conducive to high employee morale, development, and retention.
Manages performance standards such that customers maintain a high level of confidence in our service product.
Responsible for planning, developing and delivering programs, for example QTC and aForce
Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
University Degree in Commercial/Finance or similar
Several years of experience as a district manager / Customer Experience Manager or similar positions
extensive experience, and/or, knowledge of Field Service operations and customer satisfaction
a proven leader, mentor, communicator, process manager, problem solver, analytical thinker
Experience in managing revenue and Margin budgets
Ability to conduct in a most professional manner, even under stressful conditions
extensive interpersonal contacts with both internal and external customers are required
excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, another language is a plus
Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects
Ability to work with all-region to develop specific new Service offers
