Who you are
As our Agile Coach/Scrum Master, you are passionate about helping to unlock the potential of individuals and teams. You have a proven track record of success in agile product delivery, knowledge of best practices and the ability to provide leadership oversight and planning of development activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Coaching and facilitatingdevelopment teams through all aspects of the agile process including release planning, sprint planning, daily standups, product demos, backlog refinement, scrum of scrum meetings, and retrospectives. As a servant leader, removingimpediments to team deliverables and product goals.
Drawing on your expertise to provide feedback, course correction, mentoring, teaching and facilitating to develop highly effective teams.
Workingclosely with other agile coaches to implement programs to promote best practices across the organization and advocating Agile.
Partnering with Product, Engineering and Operations, understanding VLT vision and strategy and ensuring program goals, business direction and technical strategies are aligned to meet that vision.
Having a flexible, adaptable and nimble approach to motivating teams, identifying and enhancing capabilities, and removing impediments.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in a Scrum Master role or similar Agile experience.
Experience applying Agile principles, practices and theory (User Stories, Story Pointing, Velocity, Burndown Metrics, Agile Games, Tasking, Retrospectives, Product Demos).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Scrum Master Certification(CSM, PMP-ACP or CSP preferred).
Agile Coach or other Agile Certifications (ICP-ACC, PSM I, PSM II, SAFe).
Detail-orientated and have the ability to understand and communicate technical information.
Skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, influence and transparency.
Hands on experience with Agile tools, especially Jira and Confluence
Experience working with various software development practices (BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Paring, Automated Testing, DevOps).
Experience working with different Agile approaches (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban etc.).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $94,000 and $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
